Due to his fragility, sun fields can also be easily dismantled if zombies manage to reach it a trio of traits that lead to Sun-shrooms being best planted along the back line and, consequentially, pushing room for offensive plants toward the front line. Sun-shroom's low cost makes it easy to build up a large sun field, but takes time to grow to size. Both are capable of generating large suns - in fact, they both produce about the same profits over an extended period of time - but each has its own differences and advantages. Sun-shroom comes to mind as one of Primal Sunflower's largest competitors. This also comes in handy when dealing with zombie ambushes when facing situations such as sewers, Pterodactyls, Gargantuar's Imp and portals, the elevated health lets Primal Sunflower (temporarily) contain these threats. Any zombies that breach the main defense will be kept at bay for as long as Primal Sunflower can survive, protecting and buying time for offensive plants to deal with intruders - especially helping to save high cost plants that would otherwise take some time to rebuild. Since Primal Sunflower has elevated health for a sun producer, she can be planted further forward and even be used along the front line. Though harder to set up in the early game, she can produce high amounts of sun in the long run. Compared to other sun producers, Primal Sunflower has a higher sun cost, but a higher sun production and triple the health of an average plant. Primal Sunflower is one of this game's primary sun producers, which is nigh-essential for sufficient decks. When fed with Plant Food, Primal Sunflower generates three large suns, worth 225 sun in total. She's an early adopter of the all-you-can-stuff-yourself buffet style of sun production. Primal Sunflower is new to all this sun-giving business, so be patient with her. Primal Sunflowers pop out large suns instead of regular ones.
